While electricity supply failed in most towns, then most business's experienced outages, as soon as power was restored the Unwired internet link was available and ready for immediate use.
As a technical person, I appreciate the planning, redundancy, backup systems and support responsiveness you and your team created to ensure the Unwired service remained operational during this time.
In service and support industries, improvements are continuous and thankyou's all to infrequent. I just wanted to acknowledge the ground work and crisis management saying “good work to your Unwired team”.
