just wanted to provide feedback to you and your team during
Cyclone Gene on the 28-1-2008 and for the days following this
crisis.
While electricity supply failed in most towns, then most business's
experienced outages, as soon as power was restored the Unwired
internet link was available and ready for immediate use.
As a technical person, I appreciate the planning, redundancy,
backup systems and support responsiveness you and your team
created to ensure the Unwired service remained operational during
this time.
In service and support industries, improvements are continuous
and thankyou's all to infrequent. I just wanted to acknowledge
the ground work and crisis management saying “good work
to your Unwired team”.

The new dedicated SkyFibre link is fantastic. I've said before
when we had Unwired broadband that it takes out all the frustration
of waiting for something to download/upload. Well now that we're
relying more on the internet we need faster connection speed.
The way to go is dedicated SkyFibre link. Now that we're the
single user on this dedicated link, the speed is superb. The
service at Unwired is excellent. Their service response time
to a fault is very fast. If there's a service disruption which
is rarely- we're informed about it and kept updated on the progress
to resolve the disruption ."
