It's been a pleasure joining you company to get my Student internet connected.I am a new customer and had called your office on Wednesday last week to find out about your services. I was informed by the helpdesk that it would be at least by next week as the technicians have to go and inspect the site and and at the moment they are really busy.
Since I was busy at work that day, I sent my husband and go and find out personally more about your product. I received a call from Kelly who sent me the form and we set the time for me to take my laptop and I was told about how much to pay and also the consequences for not having having a clear reception.
When I met Kelly on Thursday, I was so impressed with the way he provided service. He just set the internet immediately and told me if I faced any problems then to give him a call. When I tried the modem on Thursday evening the signal did not come as such I called Kelly on Friday and made arrangements with him to come to our residence and organise. This poor lad tried all means but since the reception was not good, he told us openly that unless we had the cable installed, we would not be able to use the internet and if we were not satisfied with the service, then we could take our refund back.
After liasing with him for the cable to be installed, he himself came on Saturday and installed the cable and said the technicians will come on Monday now for the final checkup. Thanks to Kelly that the internet at home is all in order now and I can study in the weekend.
My husband and I are so impressed with the way Kelly provided service to us and what we actually appreciate is that he went out of the way to get the cableand install it himself and got me going in the weekend. Whenever I have called him, he has always been returning calls and since we ourselves are working, we really know what satisfaction a customer gets when a staff goes out of the way to help their customers.
This email is just to show our appreciation for the service provided by your staff and we know that your company will go a long way off for having a staff like Kelly.
It's a real pleasure doing business with you and Kelly has made a very big impression on his customers.
