Having access issues?

Try these quick checks.

  • Ensure power is turned on by checking the power indicator light is green.
  • Ensure that all cables are firmly in place from the computer to the modem.
  • To ensure you are receiving maximum signal strength to your modem, change the position of the modem until the signal light becomes steady(signal bars).
  • The same applies for Indoor modem but instead of light indicators, the signal bar will show an increase in bar status as signal improves.
  • Where as if the modem are not receiving a signal the indicator will continue to run.
  • If you are experiencing problems getting a signal or if you have a signal, but still can't connect to the internet, call our support line on 327 5040.

You will need to have:

  • Windows® ME and above, Mac® OS 9 and above
  • Pentium® III or higher processor, Power PC® or higher
  • 128MB of RAM or higher
  • 40GB of available Hard Disk Space
  • Available Ethernet Port 10/100
