Unwired Fiji is a private Fijian registered company dedicated to building a nationwide, nomadic wireless
telecommunications network offering Internet services and other services in the future.
Unwired Fiji is the first true wireless broadband internet service in Fiji.
Phase 1 of the project covering Suva and Lami completed in December 2005.
Phase 2 saw the service extended across the Suva to Nausori corridor in July 2007.
Unwired Fiji is also commited to breaking the telecommunications monopoly that currently exist by introducing Unwired Voice service Fiji wide.

Mr. Pollock - Pollock investments Limited is an Australian businessman who has been working on the project since gaining
licenses and access to radio frequencies from the Ministry of Communications and Government of Fiji in 2001.
He formulated the plan to bring to Fiji a multimedia platform utilizing specialized state of the art wireless technology,
which will provide the backbone to deliver wireless broadband and a multitude of other services envisaged in the future.
Communications Fiji Ltd (CFL). CFL is the Pacific's leading radio broadcaster and a key partner.
CFL is a foundation shareholder in this venture and instrumental in the development of the project.
Their experience in the area of broadcasting plus CFL's infrastructure is critical to the success of Unwired Fiji.
