Residential plans: All Residential clients receive FREE phone support and online support by calling our Toll FREE help line on 0800 327 5040 or visiting our web site on www.unwired.com.fj . If a technical representative of unwired is required for a call-out a response charge and possible service/repair fee will be levied

Call-out charges of $35 applies. If further time is required to investigate, or resolve or consult, there will be charges of $35 per hour or part thereof. (materials used are always billed as additional costs)

The above stipulations are valid during the normal support team operational hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Residential Clients who request After Hours callouts are subject to $75 per hour or part thereof; (materials used are always billed as additional costs).

NOTE:
ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE FAULT IS CLEARLY IDENTIFIED AS UNWIRED FIJI AND DETERMINED BY UNWIRED FIJI CHARGES WILL BE WAIVED.

After Hours (AH) CALL-OUTS OR SERVICE RESPONSE
AH Timeframes mean

  • any timeframe outside the normal support operational hours
  • saturday. sunday and public holidays

Corporate clients are eligible to use 1 FREE After Hours calls-out per month (i.e. 1 of the 3 callouts can be outside the scope of our normal support team operational hours) under their support provision.
